Rob Harris is the founder of Aletheon Advisory, bringing more than four decades of enterprise technology and consulting experience to the challenge of helping organizations make evidence-based decisions about AI adoption and scale.
Rob's career spans senior roles at IBM, Cisco Systems, and TTEC Digital, where he advised enterprise organizations across the western United States on AI strategy, customer experience transformation, cloud modernization, and operating model change. He has led complex, multi-million-dollar consulting engagements in healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services, and has consistently focused on translating emerging technology into practical roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
His advisory work is grounded in doctoral-level research. Rob is completing a Doctor of Business Administration at Grand Canyon University, where his dissertation examines the role of anthropomorphic chatbots in enterprise retail environments, a body of work that directly informs his perspective on AI adoption, organizational readiness, and the conditions under which AI investment produces durable value. He holds an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, and has authored fourteen technical publications on enterprise communications and networking.
Before his technology career, Rob served six years in the U.S. Army with the 8th Infantry and 101st Airborne Divisions, working in electronics and communications systems. That foundation of precision, accountability, and operational discipline remains central to how he approaches client engagements today.
